- Completed at least 3 years of university education in the field of aviation or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation, in the field of work preparation or engine repair

- Good knowledge of engine documentation and applicable airworthiness and safety requirements

Boarding / Your tasks
- Gathering and assessing technical variances across the production teams and obtaining
- TVs (Technical Variances) from Rolls-Royce
- Recognising necessary and strategic changes in the manual and developing

- Planning and implementing process-related improvements to optimise quality, costs

- Actively communicate proposals for alternative repair techniques to Rolls-Royce
- Coordinating and communicating technical deviations to the mechanic teams and Rolls-Royce
- Working closely with internal project and customer teams to ensure a smooth and trouble-free process
