We are looking for you as an IT Salesforce Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:
- Proactive design and optimization of our Salesforce architecture in the area of aftersales service with a focus on spare parts, customer platform and field service
- Carrying out process analyses and deriving use cases across system boundaries
- End2End responsibility for future SAP processes in the service area
- Support in setting up a data structure to optimize service processes
- Definition of interfaces between Salesforce, SAP and other subsystems
- Management of service providers for the implementation of requirements
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with appropriate further training.
- Several years of professional experience in the Salesforce context as an Advanced Admin or Consultant
- Advanced knowledge of the Servicecloud and Customer-Community modules
- Ideally initial experience with ERP systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Very good German and good English skills
